Chrysler used Detroit's Woodward Dream Cruise to create a little buzz for a new concept truck called the Rumble Bee, surely the first vehicle to come with a genuine insect as standard equipment.
The rotary shifter knob features a real bee encased in clear amber.
For the record: Chrysler did not cause the bee's demise. Instead, the company bought one from an insect collection, says a Ram brand spokesman. Chrysler selected the deceased bee based on the wing and leg position so that it would have the right look.
